Codie Rossi

Co-Chair, Policy Working Group

Codie Rossi is Europe Policy Manager for Carbon Capture at Clean Air Task Force (CATF), and is a Co-Chair of Carbon Management Europe’s Policy Working Group.

Codie leads CATF’s European efforts to develop policies that support the deployment of carbon capture and storage (CCS) and carbon dioxide removal (CDR) technologies, working alongside environmental groups, industry stakeholders, and policymakers to ensure these solutions deliver real climate and societal benefits.

Codie has been involved in carbon removal policy since some of its earliest stages in Europe, including contributing to initial efforts to socialise CDR frameworks through the Open Air Collective. His work spans the full CCS and CDR policy landscape — from industrial carbon capture to novel removal approaches — with a focus on building the regulatory foundations needed to scale these technologies across Europe.

Codie holds a Master of Public Policy from University College Dublin and a B.A. in History and Political Science from Trinity College Dublin.
