Eadbhard leads Carbon Management Europe’s secretariat, overseeing the organisation’s management and strategic direction.

He has a background in energy and climate law. He has spent several years advancing carbon management as a climate mitigation tool in Europe, including in his previous role leading European policy work at the climate NGO Clean Air Task Force.
