Ross Brown, Global Policy Lead for CCS at Shell, is a Co-Chair of Carbon Management Europe’s Policy Working Group.

Before joining Shell, Ross led a CCS project for a waste company, and prior to that, spent several years in consultancy advising energy and industrial majors on corporate affairs. Ross holds an LLM in International Law and an MSc in Carbon Management.
